Does Free run out after a trial?
No. Stay on Free as long as it works for you. Move to Complete only when you want the extras.
Is Complete the same price for a District?
Yes. Groups and Districts pay the same — £30 a year on Complete.
Can the shop take our subs?
No. Shop payments are for kit, badges, and events via GoCardless. Subs and venue-hire payments stay on your existing setup.
Can more than one volunteer edit the site?
Yes. Invite others on the same login on Free and Complete.
What if we need to cancel Complete?
Cancel before renewal and Complete features stay until the year ends.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You only pay £30 a year if you choose Complete — nothing to get started on Free.
